Production Assistant - Supply & Delivery Schedule
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage the flow of materials to keep production on track. You’ll be primarily responsible for checking delivery schedules, preparing labels in advance (printed in-house), and ensuring that the right materials are delivered to the right production lines at the right time.

Compensation: $40K-60K / year depending on the position and experience
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Help review delivery schedules to ensure materials arrive on time and production lines stay on track.
Prepare labels in advance using in-house label printers, ensuring accuracy and readiness for production.
Assign lots to appropriate production lines and monitor their use of labels to ensure the correct materials are being applied.
Coordinate with the Supply Manager to track the flow of materials and resolve any supply chain or scheduling issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records of labels, materials used, and inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.

Supply Manager & Operations Manager
Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or labeling coordination.
Fluent in Chinese preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in data entry, scheduling, and Excel.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
