Production Assistant - Line Audits & management
In this role, you will ensure smooth operation across our production lines by conducting audits, resolving issues, and supporting quality control efforts. You'll work closely with the Quality Director & Production Manager to ensure projects stay on track and meet our high standards of excellence.
Location: Brooklyn Army Terminal, Brooklyn, NY

Type: Full-time, On-site
Compensation: $40K-60K / year depending on the position and experience
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Conduct regular line audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
Monitor production line efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Troubleshoot issues on the production floor, providing support to resolve bottlenecks and quality concerns.
Track production progress and collaborate with teams to address any discrepancies.
Assist with process improvements and workflow management.
Fluently communicate in Chinese with production staff and leadership to ensure smooth operations across diverse teams.

Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience with line audits, quality control, or production management.
Fluent in Chinese required.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel or similar data analysis tools.
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team and management.
