Production Assistant - Line Audits & management

In this role, you will ensure smooth operation across our production lines by conducting audits, resolving issues, and supporting quality control efforts. You'll work closely with the Quality Director & Production Manager to ensure projects stay on track and meet our high standards of excellence.

  • Location: Brooklyn Army Terminal, Brooklyn, NY

  • Industry: Apparel Manufacturing

  • Type: Full-time, On-site

  • Compensation: $40K-60K / year depending on the position and experience

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Conduct regular line audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.

  • Monitor production line efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

  • Troubleshoot issues on the production floor, providing support to resolve bottlenecks and quality concerns.

  • Track production progress and collaborate with teams to address any discrepancies.

  • Assist with process improvements and workflow management.

  • Fluently communicate in Chinese with production staff and leadership to ensure smooth operations across diverse teams.

  • Quality Director & Production Manager

    Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Experience with line audits, quality control, or production management.

  • Fluent in Chinese required.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Excel or similar data analysis tools.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team and management.
