As much as we love having a vast, great wall of colorful threads stretching beyond the four walls of our studio, we realize that it's not exactly sustainable.

However, when a client walks in demanding a very specific color we want to provide a perfect match.
Though we realize no embroidery studio could hold a flame to the amount of shades pantone has to offer.
Which is why we’ve decided to implement our new sustainable embroidery machine, Coloreel.
Instead of setting up multiple colors, Coloreel uses one single spool of white thread and dyes it according to the project’s color needs. Thus, saving time on changing thread reels constantly and reducing thread waste.
Midas may be able to turn everything into gold, but our new Coloreel machine turn white thread into endless rainbows.
Coloreel not only produces more efficient results due to the reduced labor, but also creates higher quality results.
The benefits are endless.
Sustainability wise; inventory and stock are reduced to a minimum.
Even though we love seeing our wide arrangement of rainbow themed walls of threads.
We owe it to the environment to reduce consumption by any means necessary.
Of course without sacrificing the, beautiful colorful art of embroidery that holds so near and dear to our hearts.

This embroidery machine in our factory is just the start. For the new decade, NYES hopes to evolve into an eco friendly, environmentally conscious company constantly innovating for a brighter future.

Keeping track of tensions due to the use of only one spool of thread become infinitely easier.
As well as clarity since having only one thread creates a smoother back side and elimination of tie-outs and trims.
