Custom Embroidered Gym Wall Padding for The Orchard x Chris Brickley

Our work goes far beyond the runway. On the third floor of The Orchard, a massive 84-by-50-foot basketball court comes to life in an exclusive collaboration with renowned trainer Chris Brickley, whose influence has deeply reshaped the culture surrounding the game.

Framed by a sweeping, panoramic NYC skyline mural, the entire sports environment is grounded in elite detail. Our studio brought this high-profile space to life by executing the custom embroidery for the protective court wall padding. The pads were wrapped in premium Concertex contract fabric and meticulously embroidered in our facility with The Orchard’s official branding logo. Engineered to withstand heavy athletic performance while unifying the aesthetics of the facility, our high-density embroidery seamlessly carries the identity of the court across its physical surfaces.
