What type of clients do you serve?
We cater to all business types, from small production to high fashion. There is no minimum for project size.
Do you have a swatch library or archive to reference?
We do have an extensive library of swatches in every service we offer. Some of them can be found on our Instagram, but walking into our studio is the best way to experience them.
What is the turnaround time for samples?
Typically, a week or less for most samples. More complicated projects may have longer turnaround rates.
Is there a way to tour our studio?

What is the turnaround time for production?
Turnaround time depends on the project’s complexity, quantity, and material.
Can NYES embroider on finished garments?
We can. However, some garments may require openings to get to smaller areas, i.e., sleeves, pockets, etc.
What are NYES payment terms?
Payment terms are due on receipt unless otherwise negotiated in a written contract. Production orders require a 50% down payment, with the balance paid in full upon completion.
What types of payments are accepted?
All credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers & ACH.
Do we offer shipping services?
Yes, we have a daily pick up scheduled with UPS. You can also schedule your own pick up and send shipping labels if you want to use FedEx or DHL.
Do you offer design consulting services? We're always happy to help!
We do offer a free initial 15-minute session to align the details. If you require additional assistance, our consultation fee ranges from $150 to $300 per hour depending on who you want to work with. Artwork fee is $150 / hour.
Is there a digitizing fee?
No two projects are the same. Thus, no two digitizing files are the same. The best way to determine the price point is by sending us the file, scaling, and quantity through our “Job Submission Form” or inquiring in person.
What is spoilage?
Spoilage refers to the imperfections or errors that can occur during the production process. It’s not uncommon for up to 3% of an order to be affected by issues such as misprints, color inconsistencies, or other unforeseen challenges. To mitigate the impact of spoilage, it’s advisable to order additional garments to compensate for potential defects, ensuring that you meet your required quantity of finished, quality products.
