One Times Square Pride Activation

Project Overview

NYES partnered with One Times Square to bring a live customization experience to this year’s Pride celebrations, offering guests personalized bucket hats and bandanas through on-site embroidery and heat press applications. Set atop the iconic building where the New Year’s Eve Ball Drop takes place, the activation invited attendees to create custom accessories that celebrated individuality, self-expression, and community.

Our team operated live embroidery and heat press stations throughout the event, allowing guests to personalize their pieces with a curated selection of Pride-inspired graphics, names, initials, and custom designs. Watching each item come to life in real time transformed the customization process into an interactive experience, giving every guest a one-of-a-kind keepsake to wear throughout the parade and beyond.

As a woman-owned, LGBTQ+-owned business, this activation held special significance for our team. Pride is rooted in authenticity and self-expression—values that are central to everything we create. Through craftsmanship, personalization, and experiential production, NYES helped foster meaningful connections while celebrating the diversity and creativity of the Pride community.

By combining professional embroidery, heat press customization, and premium event production, NYES helped create a memorable activation that extended beyond the celebration itself. Each personalized bucket hat and bandana became a lasting keepsake, demonstrating how live customization transforms branded merchandise into meaningful, personal experiences.
