For Horizon’s FIFA World Cup activation, NYES created an interactive jersey customization experience that brought personalized craftsmanship directly to guests. The activation featured custom embroidered patches produced in our studio, vinyl transfers, on-site heat press application, and live embroidery, giving guests multiple ways to personalize their jerseys.
Ahead of the event, NYES produced custom embroidered patches and vinyl transfers specifically for the activation. During the event, our team applied the patches and vinyl transfers directly onto guests’ jerseys using a professional heat press machine, while also providing live embroidery to add guests’ initials on-site.
Guests were able to watch their jerseys come to life in real time, making the customization process an engaging part of the overall experience. From custom patches and vinyl graphics to personalized embroidered initials, each jersey was customized on-demand to create a unique keepsake for the guest.
By combining in-studio production with on-site heat press application and live embroidery, NYES delivered a seamless, end-to-end personalization experience for Horizon. The finished jerseys captured the energy of the FIFA World Cup while giving each guest a personalized piece to take home.
