Capabilities Overview

We offer a wide range of printing techniques for fashion, including 3D printing, hot fix, sublimation, vinyl, and DTG. These methods bring patterns, graphics, and textures to life on fabric and garments. From traditional embellishment to advanced digital technology, our printing capabilities help designers create distinctive pieces with precision and creativity.

The Stratasys 3D printer enables the creation of intricate, highly customizable designs with exceptional precision. This advanced technology allows designers to produce complex structures, textures, and forms that would be difficult or impossible to achieve with traditional methods.

Ideal for accessories, embellishments, and experimental design elements, 3D printing expands creative possibilities while bringing innovative concepts to life with accuracy and detail.

DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing uses specialized inks and advanced printers to apply vibrant, high-quality designs directly onto garments. This technique produces detailed prints with exceptional color clarity and precision.

Ideal for custom graphics and smaller production runs, DTG printing delivers soft, durable designs that maintain their detail and vibrancy over time.

Flock printing applies short fibers such as rayon, cotton, or wool to an adhesive-coated surface, creating a soft texture similar to velvet or suede. This technique adds dimension and tactile richness to designs, giving graphics a raised, velvety finish.

Ideal for apparel and accessories, flock printing enhances both the visual appeal and feel of a design, adding a distinctive texture and a premium touch.

Foil printing at NYES enhances fabric and leather with striking metallic designs, including patterns, symbols, and text. Using specialized adhesives and heat transfer techniques, metallic foil is applied to the material to create a reflective, eye-catching finish.

Available in a range of colors such as gold, silver, rose gold, and holographic, foil printing offers versatile customization for bold graphics and elevated decorative details.

Framis technology uses thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) tapes that are heat-bonded to fabric to create seamless, streamlined finishes. By eliminating traditional stitching, this technique produces a clean, modern look while reducing bulk and improving comfort.

The bonded tapes create strong, durable connections that maintain flexibility and performance, making Framis ideal for technical apparel and precision garment construction.

Gel printing creates dimensional designs by applying specialized gel or resin mediums combined with pigments or inks. This technique produces textured surfaces and layered effects that add depth and visual interest to printed designs.

Suitable for fashion, accessories, and decorative applications, gel printing offers a distinctive finish that enhances both the look and feel of a piece.

Glitter printing adds a sparkling, decorative finish to printed designs. Using a heat transfer process, glitter-infused materials are applied to fabric to create vibrant, reflective graphics.

This technique is ideal for bold designs, lettering, and decorative elements, adding texture, shine, and visual impact to garments and accessories.

Our hot fix technique combines robotic crystal printing with hand placement for larger or custom designs, ensuring precise and durable application. Each element is permanently fused to the fabric for long-lasting sparkle.

We work with premium vendors such as Swarovski and Preciosa and offer a wide selection of embellishments from our material library, including crystals, pearls, and nail heads.

Reflective printing applies specialized reflective materials to fabric using a heat transfer process. The result is a striking design that reflects light, enhancing visibility in low-light environments.

Ideal for safety gear as well as fashion-forward graphics, reflective printing creates durable designs that stand out both day and night.

Rubber printing creates raised, flexible designs that add texture and dimension to garments and accessories. Using specialized rubberized inks or materials, graphics are applied to the surface to produce a bold, tactile finish.

This technique is ideal for logos, lettering, and graphic elements that benefit from a durable, high-impact appearance.

Sublimation printing is a highly efficient technique for polyester and synthetic fabrics, producing vibrant, detailed designs for both large yardages and engineered placements. Using large-format inkjet printers and specialized inks, the process bonds color directly into the fibers of the fabric.

The result is a smooth, durable print with exceptional color clarity and long-lasting performance. By printing only the design itself, sublimation also reduces dye and water waste, offering a more sustainable approach to textile printing.

UV printing is ideal for hard materials such as leather, plastic, acrylic, and glass, offering a modern alternative to traditional digital printing. Instead of using heat, UV printing cures inks instantly with mercury, quartz, or LED light. This process allows the ink to dry immediately without emitting toxic fumes.

The result is a high-gloss finish with excellent durability. UV prints offer enhanced resistance to scratches, solvents, and wear, while maintaining flexibility and strength on rigid surfaces.

Vinyl printing is a versatile decoration method used to apply crisp, durable designs to a wide range of materials. Using heat and pressure, cut vinyl graphics are transferred directly onto garments, accessories, and other surfaces for a smooth, professional finish.

This technique is ideal for bold logos, lettering, and custom graphics, offering strong adhesion and long-lasting performance. Vinyl applications maintain their shape, color, and detail through repeated wear and washing, making them a reliable choice for both fashion and branded merchandise.
