Our Story
New York Embroidery Studio (NYES) started as a specialized embroidery studio in NYC’s Garment District, offering top-quality craftsmanship to designers and brands. Over the years, we’ve expanded to provide over 60 services, including laser cutting, hand-beading, pleating, novelty stitches, and 3D printing. Our Brooklyn-based factory now allows us to offer large-scale production, including cut-and-sew operations, PPE, and Navy Working Uniforms.
Our Facilities
With two locations, we combine scale and craftsmanship. Our Brooklyn site meets high-volume demands with advanced equipment and government contract level production. In Manhattan, our studio focuses on detailed embellishments and custom design. Together, they ensure precision, creativity, and quality throughout the entire production process.
Production Capacity
Our Brooklyn and Manhattan facilities work in tandem to meet a wide range of client needs. Our Brooklyn location specializes in high-volume production, leveraging advanced automation to ensure speed, precision, and consistent quality across a broad project scope. In contrast, our Manhattan facility serves as a hub for creative collaboration, rapid prototyping, and client engagement—allowing us to bring ideas to life quickly and refine them in real time. Together, these locations enable us to adapt to evolving demands with efficiency, creativity, and excellence.
Equipment
In Brooklyn, NYES operates a high-capacity apparel manufacturing facility equipped with a wide range of industrial machinery and the skilled team to operate it. Our capabilities include single and double needle stitching, serging, button sewing, flatlock, pocket welt machines, bartackers, keyhole machines, pocket setters, and programmable tackers—enabling us to deliver high-volume, high-quality production with precision and efficiency.
In Manhattan, NYES runs a bespoke design studio that blends old-world craftsmanship with modern innovation. Outfitted with a unique mix of restored 19th-century machinery and advanced machinery, the studio is a creative space for design development, prototyping, and client collaboration. This is where ideas are explored, refined, and brought to life.

We’re also proud to share that New York Embroidery Studio has successfully passed Stage 1 of our ISO 13485 audit—Medical Devices: Quality Management Systems—specific to the manufacture of personal protective equipment (PPE). This important milestone reinforces our commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement as we work toward full ISO 13485 certification.
