Live Laser Engraving Event with Lonely Planet

NYES partnered with Lonely Planet to create an elevated and interactive live laser engraving experience centered around personalized leather passport covers. Guests were invited to customize their passport holders with initials and custom text, transforming each piece into a functional and stylish travel essential.

Our team operated an on-site laser engraving station, utilizing advanced engraving technology to produce clean, precise designs in real time. Attendees were able to watch the personalization process unfold live, creating a memorable experience that combined craftsmanship, innovation, and customization.

This collaboration blended Lonely Planet’s spirit of travel and exploration with NYES’s commitment to experiential design and personalization. The live activation gave guests the opportunity to leave with a customized leather passport cover designed specifically for their summer travels, while reinforcing the connection between meaningful brand experiences and thoughtful craftsmanship.
