NYES EXPRESS EVENT
1. Purpose & Scope
Express Events are designed for quick and seamless booking, with minimal customization options. Participants must complete the online booking form and attend a single 30-minute meeting to finalize Event details. Additional meetings or extensive discussions are not included.
2. Items Eligible for Embroidery
- A document outlining approved and non-approved items will be provided upon booking.
- If non-approved items are presented at the Event, NYES reserves the right to refuse service without refund or compensation.
3. Embroidery Capacity
- NYES estimates approximately 20 embroideries per machine, per hour. However, actual output may vary due to factors such as item type, event flow, font & motif options.
- Charges are based on hourly service, not the number of completed embroideries.
4. Event Setup
- NYES will provide a 6ft foldable table, chairs, and up to 2 embroidery machines.
- A 25ft extension cord will be supplied; additional cords must be provided by the client if the power source is beyond this distance. Machines require standard 110-volt outlets.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring a suitable location with adequate space and power supply.
5. Design Options
- NYES can offer up to 8 thread colors, 6 motifs, 2 fonts, and 1 font size per selection.
- A menu of available designs and order forms will be provided for guest use during the Event.

- Custom designs outside these parameters will not be accommodated.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Accurate completion of the booking form is mandatory. Changes after the 30-minute meeting may not be accommodated.
- The client must ensure a clear path and accessible venue for the setup team.
7. Liability
- NYES is not responsible for delays or issues arising from venue restrictions, inadequate setup conditions, or client-provided items outside approved guidelines.
- While NYES takes every precaution to handle items with care, it is not liable for accidental damage to client-provided materials.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the Event for a partial refund (subject to administrative fees).
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the Event.
9. Force Majeure
- NYES is not liable for cancellations or performance failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or transportation issues.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from the Event will be resolved through mediation before resorting to litigation.
