Graceful Structure: Enhancing Kirsten Copley’s Grammy Gown
Fish wire edging is a technique that adds structure to support fabric, mainly used when dealing with delicate garments– which was perfect for this collaboration. This process involves sewing a fine, flexible wire (often referred to as “fish wire) along the edge of the garment. It is a simple yet effective way to add both a sculptural element to a polished garment. Making it the perfect use of technique for a red carpet look.
