Andrew Curwen AW26

Project Overview

NYES collaborated with Andrew Curwen on his Nocturnal Conditions AW26 collection, translating heritage and symbolism into refined surface embellishment for the runway. Central to the project was the incorporation of Curwen’s family crest, rendered through intricate embroidery and used as a recurring visual motif throughout the collection.

Executed across multiple colorways, each embroidered application was developed with careful attention to placement, scale, and tonal balance, ensuring cohesion across varied silhouettes while allowing the crest to remain a powerful focal point. Precision in stitching and material handling was essential, reinforcing the collection’s narrative while maintaining the elevated finish required for runway presentation.

This collaboration highlights NYES’s ability to support designer-led storytelling through technically exact embroidery, adapting a single emblem across multiple executions while preserving clarity, consistency, and craft at every stage.
